I made a paint claim in Aug 2024 which was approved right away. The work was done last week. 4 new doors and a new hood. They also painted the windshield frame. Sales manager asked if he could offer me a 'great deal' to trade for a new one. I said no thanks, I feel like I just got a new one...

My JTR has had the Oracle Oculus headlights and the Oracle flush tail lights. I installed the Headlights in 2021 and they are fantastic. The 1st set of tail lights I installed in 2022 where from a batch made in 2022 and a couple of the LEDs failed within the first year. I reported it to Oracle...

I'm the original owner (5years) and I have never needed to unclip, extended and/or swing either visor to the side window. Pivoting them up and down enough times...they will break. I don't know what to say other than what I have already mentioned ... mine have both broken and fell out of the hole.

For me it's more likely due to how frequently they are pivoted. I never use the extension feature. I pivot them many times per day, to release/lock the Sunrider.

My drivers side broke and was replaced under warranty about a year ago. A few weeks ago the passenger side broke. I knew about these aluminum brackets so I ordered a pair and put them on both sides. It's a matter of When, not If, the visors will break and fall out of the factory mounts. Here's...

Will this fit with factory soft-tops and Sunriders? I can't see why not but just checking.

I had a similar experience. Some of the LEDS failed on my first set of tail lights. They identified that they where part of a bad batch, based upon the sticker/number on the light. They sent me two new lights within a week. Excellent service. I also have the Oculus headlights, for a few...
