I've decided on 295/70/R18s...... Stock wheels, and no lift on an Overland.
After a lot of research, my choice is down to Bridgestone Dueler REVO3 and Falken Wildpeak A/T3.
Need any experienced opinions and or advice on these 2 choices!!!
Which one would you choose and why.
My JT is used 85% Highway and roads, 10% Beaches, 5% Off road trails.

I've had the stock Mojave 33s and also 37" Wildpeaks. Love them. Quite and capable.

I have 315/70r17 falken wildpeaks....wife has them on her JLU as well. Great overall tire on and off road, only downside is the weight of them.

Wildpeaks ?

Put them on my 12 2-door Rubicon, happier with them over MT’s!

When the time comes, 285-70-17 Wildpeaks are replacing the Firestone MT’s on my new JT Willys

I put 295/70R18 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT on my stock Overland wheels. Tire size is great for the Overland. Regarding the specific tires you're considering, do you know what the load range is for each? Almost everything in that size is E, including the Coopers I bought. Tires are definitely stiffer than stock but not jarring. They're quiet on the highway.

When I was researching tires, I always found the Falkens to be heavier than almost all comparable options. In 295/70R18 they're 68 lbs vs. 61 lbs for the Coopers. I tried to save as much weight as possible since I'm on the stock 3.73 gearing and for fuel economy.

Been almost a year since your post. How are the Cooper tires holding up? Still quiet? How are they in the rain and snow? Tread life going to make the claimed 60k miles? I have the same Overland with exact same wheels. Been looking at tires and the Coopers you have are at the top of my list. Like the Falkens but they are too heavy. Also, I think I will get 285/75R 18. Half inch taller than your size, but slightly narrower. I'm more into the pizza cutter tires than the wide rock crawlers. Did you add any kind of Lift on the Overland? I'm going to put the Mopar 2.5 inch Lift on with Clayton lower control arms and probably Clayton or SteerSmarts Track bars just to get the geometry correct.
