It doesn’t make sense to me either. Maybe the heavier springs on the diesel from the factory?Assuming that the Diesel engine is heavier and there are no modifications to the diesel model’s suspension, why is my Willys gasser’s payload so much less?
It all depends on what you got optioned on the truck. Hard top vs. soft top, etc.It doesn’t make sense to me either. Maybe the heavier springs on the diesel from the factory?
Hard top here. If it helps, here is my window sticker: https://www.chrysler.com/hostd/windowsticker/getWindowStickerPdf.do?vin=1C6JJTAM0ML595707It all depends on what you got optioned on the truck. Hard top vs. soft top, etc.
the only other differences are you have trail rail, engine block heater and LED headlights. Maybe my halogens weigh 150 pounds more.Hard top here. If it helps, here is my window sticker: https://www.chrysler.com/hostd/windowsticker/getWindowStickerPdf.do?vin=1C6JJTAM0ML595707
It’s got to be the springs then right? I’m certain the diesel springs are different from the factory. If so, take-offs usually got for very cheap.the only other differences are you have trail rail, engine block heater and LED headlights. Maybe my halogens weigh 150 pounds more.
