If it's the Mopar lift then the arms are the originals, the wheelbase would be shortened but it'd be really minimal with the length of those rear arms...Measure your wheel base to make sure it is not shorter.
This would be the height pulling the tires into the center of the vehicle if both Control arms stayed the same length
Against my better judgement, I’m about to switch over to 37’s from 35’s. I also have a Mopar 2” lift. Have you had any issues at all? Noticed any premature wearing on components? Any other mods underneath to compensate for the bigger tires? Do you wheel it often? I do every day and am a little worried about breaking or wearing issues to my steering/suspension/axle components. but on the other hand, I do take it very easy and smooth over obstacles so I’m not really expecting many problems.2" Mopar Lift, Jeep Bead Lock Capable Wheels and 37" Milestar Patagonia M/T 02s on my JTRD.![]()
@Dryfly24, I have not had any issues yet, but I have only been running the 37s since about August. I also installed the Steer Smarts Yedi Adjustable Track Bar when installed the Mopar lift kit. Also, with my Gladiator being a diesel, the springs and shocks are heavier (stiffer) than a gas Gladiator, but of course it also weighs more. I am running the Patagonia MT 02s and rotate them about every 3,500 miles or so doing a five tire rotation. I do wheel this and also added the M.O.R.E. engine, transmission and transfer case skid plates. I also try to be smooth over obstacles, and if we do any real serious trails we would use my wife's JLUR (also on 37s with skid plates) due to the wheelbase on the Gladiator.Against my better judgement, I’m about to switch over to 37’s from 35’s. It has totally emasculated my 32" mud tires. So everyone was a big help when I was trying to decide what lift I wanted by posting your lift pics. Now I need some tire suggestions, let's see those wheel pics with a 2" lift. I'm leaning towards the bronze color, but not settled on a size.
