It looks to have the right fenders and shocks but those could have been put on later. You really need the VIN. A pic of the dash would be useful too.

The give away is in the first image he posted.
Rear rock sliders and the Rubi rear bumper.
That with the red dash, I will say it is a Rubicon.

Wish the picture of the dash showed more.

Interior stitching looks red - and I'd assume this is also a Rubi feature (Mojave has orange stitching). Got a picture of the center dash? Locker buttons, Offroad Plus buttons, etc
